The Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head filed a lawsuit last week against the federal government for permitting the Cape Wind project, the Boston Globe reported.
The tribe, which is based on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Washington.

Fishermen’s Energy has awarded a contract to engineering company AECOM to help develop a 25 megawatt offshore wind farm near Atlantic City, Forbes reported yesterday.
According to the report, AECOM has begun pre-construction work on the pilot project and will eventually oversee procurement, construction and commissioning.
